The Dress

Beautiful designer dress from France. There is a satin under-dress, with tailored boning for support. Then you layer the lace-over lay. It is made with Alonso lace, which is heirloom quality and so soft to the touch. This dress is just the right amount of supportive (32D and hourglass shape) while also feeling so light and airy, and easy to move in. The A-line allows for many sized hips, and the lace design actually drops down for an elongated waist-look, while still being true A-line. I"m curvy but petite, and when I wore this I wasn't exactly in great shape, but I looked awesome! I also have a curved spine, and you couldn't see it. I did have it altered for my body, to accommodate my 32" bra/band size. I'm 5'5. The dress has a long train, but can be pinned up for dancing. Purchased from Ania Collection Couture Bridal Boutique in Portland OR in 2010. It was a sample dress (never worn) so I got it at a deal of 2700, I think it would have retailed for much more. There is a little bit of age/yellowing on the arms. I know that people get this kind of color lifted out.
