The Dress
The Valentina Gown was honestly the most incredible dress! I tried on about 30 dresses and nothing even came close to this one. It felt so feminine, stylish and hugged in all the right places whilst being super comfortable and ultra modern with the cut outs. I wanted to be sure I could move my arms freely, eat and dance with ease - all the important things.
The Valentina has incredible detailed beading all the way down to the bishop arm sleeves and the beaded tulle that covers the back was my favourite part.
The dress fit perfectly and it was comfortable the entire day - even on the dance floor. You can pin up the train or hold it via an attached elastic on your wrist which made dancing even easier.
It has been dry cleaned ($600) and is in perfect condition in the original bag.
Alterations
There were only a few alterations needed for this dress. Prea James extended the sleeve length of the gown by 5cms. My Private Tailor added boob cups, a bustle and elastic loop for the wrist and tightened the silhouette straps.
