The Dress

So sad to part with my gorgeous Elin dress from Love Story Bride, but she deserves another moment in the spotlight! I absolutely loved wearing this dress for my winter black tie wedding, she brought all the red carpet energy and I felt amazing. I hope she brings another bride the same joy!

She is in absolutely perfect condition after a professional wedding dress specialist dry clean with Boxed Bridal. I also changed into a party dress for the evening of my wedding, so the dress was only worn for a few hours.

The Elin dress is a figure hugging ivory skirt with a long train (which can be altered to tour preferences) and a flattering side split that shows off your shoes. The long sleeved top brings all the sparkle with nude beading, it is hard to see in photos but it catches the light so beautifully! It also has a gorgeous low back (but not so low you cant wear shapewear with it). It is such a show stopper!

I am a size 8 but a little curvy on the hips so this dress is a "split size" (the top is the equivalent of a size 8, and the bottom more an 8/10). A seamstress should be able to easily alter up/down a couple sizes!
