The Dress
Beautiful 'Harley' Catherine Deane dress.
I wore this to my wedding in 2017. I chose the dress because it just felt so luxurious to be in, the top fabric was so fine and soft, and the intricate details are gorgeous - especially the beading on the top.
I changed the straps to be less fussy (without the bows) and made them into simple straps which worked really well.
I had the dress altered (from a size 8 I think) so that the top fitted well but had a slightly loose fit to fit the style of the dress - the top would be a size 6-8 and the bottom about a size 8.
There's a couple of options underneath for looping the dress up for evening dancing.
I had the dress professionally cleaned after my wedding. The dress is very delicate so this would need to be done carefully in the future.
It has been stored safely in a box since.

Alterations
The dress originally came with straps that were tied in a bow at the top. I found these a bit fussy so I had them changed into simple straps.
