I am 5'9 and wore heels but you could see my toes. (I wore gorgeous strappy shoes so I was pleased).
If you are 5'9 and shorter this will be perfect for you, but if you are OVER 5'9 this may not be a great fit. If you're bustier than a DD, then this may have a lot of cleavage...depending on what you want this may be too sexy or just right!
There is not much sparkle, but very beautiful embroidery, which I preferred so I could use sparklier jewelry without feeling like it was overdone. Perfect look!
