It has been stored in a dry-cleaning box. Box is 32x8x22 and weighs 9 lbs or I can take out of box, fold and ship in a smaller, lighter box.
Alterations
Label is size 10 to accommodate for wider hips but it has been altered down to a 4 at the chest/waist. Was 5'1 / 115 pounds in this photo.
