BRAND NEW, NEVER WORN, NO ALTERATIONS! I purchased this beautiful Wtoo by Watters Kaspar dress and then before it even came in I found something else I liked more. Agh!! So now I’d love to find this pristine dress a new home. The fabric is a stretch lace and is so comfortable. Mesh and buttons on back can be removed, if I had kept the dress that is what I was planning to do. Pictures are of the Wtoo model and pictures of me when I bought it. Comes in Wtoo garment bag.
