What sold me on this dress was the double-banded waist, the way the back looked so delicate and sexy, the subtle shell shaped bust, and how the ivory lace and tulle looked onto the champagne gown. This dress was subtle, sexy, classic, and felt very comfortable.
It's condition shows no sign of me dancing the night away in this dress. The bustle clips are still in place, the lace is still as perfect as when I first put it on.
I would keep this dress forever, but it deserves to be worn again.
Alterations
In terms of alterations, I wear a size 4 in a pretty standard "sample size" so this dress is pretty easy if you want confidence in your starting point.
I am 5'11" so needed to order extra length. I wore 3" heels on my wedding day and it fit perfectly.
