We didn’t clean it because afterwards you should hang it up on a dress hanger, to avoid folds. That’s the reason why we recommend to let it clean after you recieved it - than you can wear it right after.
The dress is in one transition, that’s why I can’t give you a declaration for the hip size. But the fabric is a little strechty.
