Super great site with great search engines - especially the height part. It needs a button for the dresses where there hasn't been added a height because some of them are sample dresses that are not altered. It also needs the choice to choose your own currency instead of automatically. Otherwise, great experience!

This was an amazing experience from start to finish! I found the dress of my dreams for far less than I would’ve paid for it brand new. You need to make it very clear when you reach the point of sale that if somebody accepts an offer the shipping instructions should be get ZIP Code or address of the buyer. That way you can get a quote for how much shipping would be. It has to be done early on not after the fact because the last message sent over said it also needs to be tracked door-to-door which is not made clear anywhere on the app.

I love that it’s a flat fee and not a percentage and that the buyers and sellers can message directly. I think it just has all the right tools to facilitate the process in a way that feels safe and easy and nothing that gets in the way. I think your platform is very fair. A set price to list and you allow the buyer/seller to let them negotiate things on their own. the person who bought my dress was looking for this particular dress and they lived somewhat locally - so we met up at a neutral spot.
