“This was a great experience - in terms of the platform. Easy to use and very thorough in the process and communication. This was a complicated sale as the seller was in Australia and buyer in the US / east coast. The seller was super communicative and helpful. We ultimately decided to have her mail it through Australia’s post. It took about a month - which we anticipated but the tracking from her postal service to the US lost connection the last 3 weeks that made it a little difficult for us to know where it was. All in all, the dress arrived. It’s beautiful and just as it was described. I’m thrilled and very thankful.”
