Great experience I love that there is no on going cost to keeping my ad up for my dress and I got a lot of messages from girls. Need to add ease of video upload and live video chat. Could not upload videos from my mobile phone. As my dress was expensive, some buyers were nervous and wanted more proof that I was a real person with the real dress - 2 people pulled out of the sale which made it take longer to sell. Thank you for considering this feedback.

It was really easy. Way easier than I thought it would be. I actually really appreciate that you need to message the seller first and then they allow you to buy the dress (at whatever price you agree on). Buying a wedding dress isn't like buying any old thing of another reseller site so forcing people to speak to each other and ask questions is awesome. I know other websites stay away from this private convo because it can lead to people selling off-book but the protections around Stillwhite make it so that it's not worth it to try and make a deal elsewhere. My suggestion is not to lose these two things: the private messaging, and making buyers and sellers feel secure. Thanks!

Such a great resource for second hand wedding dresses and really easy to use website. I loved getting notifications as soon as there was a new listing of a dress that matched my saved searches. It allowed me to easily communicate with multiple people until I finally found my dress, and only 10 mins from my house! So exciting when you find an amazing dress for only half the price. Would absolutely recommend to everyone!

This site has been amazing - it is an amazing platform, so easy to use, easy search function great to be able to easily communciate with sellers. My seller was absolutetly amazing and was so willing to work with me to view/try on the dress and arrange a second viewing, there was no pressure and was such a great experience all round. I have ended up with a beautiful and amazing dress at such an amazing price. Would thoroughly recommend the site and looking for your dress this way. I really like the functionality of the site too saving/viewing dresses/messaging function/easy payment options etc.

Honestly cannot recommend this app enough. I found a dress that I absolutely loved in a bridal shop and went onto the app on the off chance that it was there…and it was! I not only managed to get the dress for half the price I also got a veil and an underskirt too! Best of all the dress is brand-new and has never been worn-only tried on. I am absolutely over the moon to have got my dream dress for way cheaper than I had budgeted for. Thank you stillwhite!
