I loved my experience with Stillwhite. Their platform is very user friendly and I appreciated that they sent sporadic emails to check on the status of my dress (whether or not it had sold). This allowed me to post my dress, adjust the price as needed, watch the metrics (how many views per month) and wait until it found the perfect match. It was such a simple process!

Easy to list. Love the flat rate listing fee so I can keep a majority of my profit. Easy to communicate with buyers. I downloaded the app and it works great. I sold my wedding dress for a fair price when it was just collecting dust in my closet.

I was having the toughest time finding a dress I loved and could afford. This site is great I received my dress less than a week after I ordered, tried on and the measurements provided were spot on. Fantastic site! I felt weird purchasing a pre-loved wedding dress but I had a very specific look in mind & after coming across my perfect gown on here I had to try it on.. after meeting the beautiful girl I bought it off, it felt so right. I highly suggest looking on still white for your dream gown! I bought a $7,700 dress for $2,990 in perfect condition.

The make an offer feature seems backwards - took some time for the myself and weekly to figure out who had to do what once we had agreed on a price. This made it a little confusing and took longer to complete the sale.

I would give 5 stars but having to deal with PayPal for your funds is not enjoyable. If you are not a “seller” on PayPal they hold your money for 21 days.

Sellers didn't want to complete the purchase through Stillwhite, it was impossible to figure out how to actually buy a dress or calculate shipping, and then when I tried to get the dress sent to a US address so that I could deal with getting it to the UK myself, it just took my billing address and so I had to go back into my messages to give the seller the ACTUAL shipping address. For something as important as a wedding dress, the purchasing experience was unnecessarily difficult and stressful, and if the dress I bought doesn't fit my needs, I won't be coming back to Stillwhite to find a replacement.
