I already recommended this platform to my friend. I think that it's great because you allow the bride and seller to talk in a conversational way, this is nice since this is a really emotional sale. It's not just whoever wants it, take it, it's a big decision for both parties, and means a great deal to both of them. You also allow the seller to preserve a large part of the sale, which is really nice, especially since with weddings, you feel like you bleed money for such a long time, from the planning, to the wedding itself, to the cleaning and everything after. I already told a friend to use this instead of Poshmark. Another GREAT thing, is that you can scroll by HEIGHT! This is crucial for buying a wedding dress. Really great experience, I'm excited to deliver my dress to the really nice woman who is buying it from me. Being able to hand deliver it to her with a card and flowers is a cherry on top of this experience.

While there was an initial influx of interest in my dress there were very few genuine, real buyers interested in the dress and very minimal engagement beyond the first month or so. I had to drop the price almost in half to sell and whilst I am grateful to have sold the dress, it felt like a last resort to get people's attention on the platform.

Absolutely horrible. I bought a dress that was cancelled hours later because the seller decided to go with someone else who offered more money. How is that even allowed?! Also, the seller I eventually went through took nearly FOUR MONTHS to finally sell the dress to me. She would go a month or more at a time without responding to my messages, while telling me she would sell me the dress. It was an awful experience and I would never recommend a bride go through this platform. So stressful.

although I eventually sold my dress in person, the first time I sold it to someone in America the dress did not fit them (posted from Australia). Although it is very clear you do not offer refunds for size issues, the customer created a dispute in PayPal. I have since learnt PayPal will almost always favour the customer. I then had to refund the customer and pay for shipping fees (I lost $400AUD). Overall a very stressful experience. The dress arrived with pet fur and a stain. I felt it is misleading for stillwhite to have writing such as 'no refunds for size difference', yet PayPal will over rule this.

The selling side of the order process was very confusing, and I was not able to correctly adjust the dress shipping to include signature at door, as the instructions for shipping were given to me after I accepted the payment (which requires a tracking number on PayPal). The instructions need to be clearly communicated with the seller before the payment is requested/accepted.
