buyerStill White allowed me to get a dress I had been dreaming about but was otherwise out of my price range. The communication method is fantastic and the number of dresses available is incredible. buyerPurchasing process is so easy, and communication excellent however it would be great to add a function to the stillwhite website similar to the eBay market where tracking numbers can be uploaded to the purchase information rather than going through the chat function, I wonder if this would be more convenient for sellers especially those with boutiques who are selling multiple itemsMore

buyerI really liked how the site could tell that I was about to reveal my Paypal address to the seller, but instead recommended that I request for them to turn on the "Buy" option which is a function I didn't know existed. There seem to be a lot of similar functions that serve to protect both the seller and the buyer. The only thing I would change is that the estimate for the exchange rate ended up being pretty far off from Paypal's conversion, but I guess it varies slightly depending on the payment method.More

sellerI couldn't sell my dress for a long time, even though I kept dropping the price. It was only after I boosted the post, that my listing was given enough coverage for multiple enquiries to start coming in. I sold the dress for around 50% of what I spent on it - purchase price, cleaning cost and advertising expenses. Not great, not bad. I'm mostly pleased that it went to such a lovely woman.MoreSharon, Sydney
