This beautiful embroidered tulle dress is amazingly light with non-beaded lace appliqués over Perfecting Satin, lined with a luxurious charmeuse that makes this dress incredibly comfortable to wear. The empire waist is accentuated with beads, pearls and floral designs made with eyelash fringe scalloped lace appliqués that create a band. The sheer, ruched “V” neck matches the deep open V back for a soft, semi-illusion look and is topped off with short, fluted lace sleeves. Matching lace covered buttons are along the zipper and the hem is sweetly finished off with a delicate scalloped trim.
