The Dress

This stunning couture gown is one of a kind designed and hand made by Judith Valente.

The gown features crushed Italian silk with beautiful crystal French lace with Swarovski crystal and pearl encrusted bodice, neckline and shoulder straps. The Swarovski crystals are scattered from the side seam, which enhances the small waistline shaped by the corset. The corseting provides the gown with a stunning silhouette which is enhanced by the A line skirt. (Please note that it is the corset that forms the bride’s waistline)

The bodice has been made to the highest standard and the fully lined bodice is designed to act as a corset that means no bra is needed and ensures that the beautiful silhouette of the gown is maintained. The Swarovski crystal encrusted shoulder straps are for aesthetics only and can be easily removed. Rouching across the front of the bodice enhances the silhouette and enhances the texture of the crushed silk.

The skirt has a fully lined train, which can be secretly fastened up on the back. The Gown can be worn with or without the train down as the designer ensured the fastened train added to the timeless and elegant design. The train also has a wristlet loop to assist with holding the train off the ground when walking.

The gown is secured with a high quality zip and silk covered buttons. The Gown can be easily altered by a reputable dress / gown maker.

The fabric is of an ivory tone, which provides warmth to the bride and ensures that the bride is not washed out in photos.

The antique broach and headdress sets off the gown beautifully and adds to the timeless elegance of the gown. These items are not for sale however the broach was purchased for $50.00 and on the sale of the Gown; the details of the designer will be passed on (the designer currently has a broach made but can also make a replica on request). If a detailed photo is desired this can be provided.
