Temperley London, Posey Dress

I wore this dress for the entire day - ceremony and reception - it is extremely light and easy to move around in, I could have worn it all weekend, that is how comfortable it was.

The Posey bridal gown by Temperley comprises of soft vintage double scalloped lace and backed on crisp silk organza.

Featuring three quarter lace sleeves, a V neckline at the front and back with small silk covered buttons, the gown then falls into a waterfall skirt which cascades over and frames the slim inner column skirt which is made from a fluid luxurious double silk satin and then descends into a full train at the back.

Despite the designer's photo featuring a belt at the waist, it is actually sold separately to the dress. I tried it on anyway during one of my fittings - in real life, the belt was distracting from the beautiful floral lace patterns on the dress, so I decided against purchasing the belt and could not have been happier with my decision!

PLEASE NOTE - the dress has been dry cleaned and sealed into a storage box to ensure the gown remains in perfect condition until it is ready to be passed onto another bride to be :)
