HI! This dress is a beautiful 2 piece French gown from an amazing designer Rime Arodaky. The top is fitted with back lace and button up the back and the front is white with a cap sleeve. There is a about .5 inch of torso and then a high waisted skirt begins that fits like a glove and has a foot train that includes French lace.
Im obsessed with this dress! I got it brand new and had it hemmed (it comes unhemmed ) which cost about $300 so total I spent with tax $4700 total. The top is around a 4 US size and the bottom is a around a 8 US size. It has been professionally cleaned so it may have gotten a half of inch smaller everywhere. The fabric has stretch to it and is high quality french material.
