I wore the dress of my dreams for my February 2012 wedding, and have never had so many compliments in one day! My aim when buying a wedding dress was to find a gown that was elegant, sophisticated and beautiful with a wow factor. In the Adorae I seriously felt like a movie star!

For a formfitting style, this dress was extremely comfortable to wear and easy to move, walk and dance in and required little assistance from my bridesmaid during the day!

The gorgeous Adorae Wedding is designed and supplied by Sottero & Midgley, and is a seriously stunning and flattering gown, in immaculate condition. The design is very modern, from the current Maggie Sottero collection and has only been worn once. Of course it has since been professionally dry-cleaned by Baci, and hung in a breathable garment bag (Proof of Dry Cleaning provided).

Dress Description
The gown is ivory satin, with intricate beading under the bust, accenting the empire waistline with the fabric draping asymmetrically into the side beaded motif. The dress also features a flattering sweetheart neckline with a rouched bodice and sweeping bubble-hemmed train. The corseted back ensures the flexibility to tighten/loosen to ensure the perfect fit, depending on how fitted you would like it. Due to this versatility, this gown would therefore fit a size 8-10 Australian. (I am usually a size 10).

The dress was altered for height. I am 157cm tall and wore 3inch heels on my wedding day. As advised, I also wore a wanda hoop under the dress, which I hired from my dressmaker for about $100. (You can also hire these from Bridal stores)
