I am 5'5 and wore platform shoes and the dress touched the floor. The sleeves were made tighter and some of that lace was added to the bust (could be removed) but no other alterations made. It comes with detachable sleeves and detachable big tulle train. Stunning fabric, make a big statement with this bargain was £7000
