The Dress

I wore the Selena gown for my wedding November 2016 and was complimented all night on this absolutely stunning gown.

This gown is from the Karen Willis Holmes 2015 Bespoke collection – it has been selected to feature in publications such: ‘Sophisticated Wedding NY – “Masquerade at the Mansion edition” and “Cosmopolitan Bride Australia”. It is dramatic yet feminine and romantic with lots of layers and stunning textures. 

The structured bodice is overlaid with gorgeous thick lace and additional lace applique across the flattering sweetheart neckline. With its in-built cups and padding, the dress would be suitable for a B-D cup. The back of the dress has a subtle dip, with additional lace custom made to flow over the skin, and has a corseted back 

The skirt features 7 organza panels attached at the waist with a stunning horse hair, flowy finish. The train is approximately 1m in length and can be bustled invisibly under the continuous waves.  i am 5'3 (163cm) and wore flats on my wedding day, this dress would fit from a size 8-12

the dress has been professionally dry cleaned and checked over by a seamstress, a few hairline runs in bottom layers of the skirts but no visible blemishes.

This is truly a beautiful gown – I absolutely loved wearing it for my big day and hope that somebody else may also get to wear this dress.
