The Dress

Simple, elegant, and timeless.

I wore this gown for my October 2015 Florida destination wedding. Clean lines, fit to flare style, crepe silk material, and sheer illusion backline with a line of sophisticated buttons down the back. The peplum detail adds a feminine touch to this gorgeous gown. This dress sold me on it’s comfort and beauty - it is such an effortless dress.

Purchased at Christina’s Bridal in Andover, Massachusetts. Minimal professional alterations were made by their personal seamstress - hemmed, slightly taken in along backside of the dress, and very thin fabric lining added to the inside of the bust for added coverage.

I wore the Demi gown for the ceremony, photos, and reception (a total of 6 hours). I suggest wearing Bristol 6 Adhesive Nippies Skin - they lasted throughout the entire event, dancing included. Dress is in excellent condition - no stains, flaws, or snags.

I chose to wear Jack Rogers sandals with my dress, but Christina’s Bridal said I could have worn a heel up to 2-2.5 inches (I am 5'10" tall).

The gown has been professionally dry cleaned.
