Cathleen Jia

One-of-a-kind designer set by Cathleen Jia 🤍 I felt so beautiful and comfortable wearing it for our wedding day!

The pieces were originally purchased at a sample sale for Melbourne designer Cathleen Jia who has since retired - making this a very rare find!

Due to the style and adjustable ties this dress would comfortably fit a size 8-12. I was actually 25 weeks pregnant at our wedding and it fit me very comfortably.

The dress is two separate pieces and both have both been dry cleaned and in excellent condition with no tears or holes.

The outer layer is "Vivien" is described by Cathleen Jia as a romantic polka-dot tulle gown with a centre back open slit. The hand pieced delicate scalloped lace frames the bodice adds a vintage dimension to this gown. The short sleeves feature centre slits with thin silk band tie.

The under slip "Trixy" is a short and flirt silk bias cut gown with silk georgette straps.
Outer-100% matte silk
Lining- 100% silk satin
(Also available at no additional cost is another white slip dress that I ended up wearing on the day as it had a bit more stretch to fit over my bump)

Vivien was RRP $1990 and Trixy RRP $1299.
