Gorgeous textured ivory satin dress in a modern and timeless silhouette. Sweetheart neckline with a cowl front, corseted bodice and slight flare plus 65" train. Soft and luxurious inner midori lining feels great on the skin and helped prevent creasing from sitting and standing! Designed and handmade by Aesling, a woman-owned designer in Canada.
I absolutely loved wearing this dress. It's incredibly special and the texture gives a luminosity that really makes you glow. The double lining makes it feel heavy and luxury. It's a very timeless silhouette with modern twist thanks to the fabric and cowl front. I hope someone else can feel as beautiful and special as I did!
I ordered in a bridal split size 4 top / 8 bottom and had it altered with a few additions that really help it stay up and secure all night, including a waist stay and additional long boning on the sides of the waist (it has a boned bodice already). My seamstress removed and re-tacked the cowl, so you could adjust that however you like as well! I also dry cleaned and preserved within a month of the wedding in a heat sealed box.
