The dress is brand new. It was Never worn.
As you can see the clips when trying on the dress because all they had in stock was a plus size dress. The dress I ordered was made to fit as a size 10 (but normal clothing size is regularly a size 8.)
Took 8 months to make. Once the dress came in and tried on, no alterations were needed.
