Condition Report
This is an unaltered ex-sample in very good condition. It has the following minor points to note:

Fraying: There is a small amount of light fraying just below the base of the zipper (a common occurrence with silk crepe samples). This can be easily reinforced or smoothed by a seamstress during alterations.

Pulls: There are a couple of tiny, barely-visible fabric pulls.

Overall: The dress is structurally perfect and has not been hemmed or adjusted from its original designer length.
