This gorgeous gown was only worn once and is an absolute showstopper! It is a US6, but it's been altered quite a bit, it fits like a US4 on the smaller end. This has been drycleaned, but there are some small spots on the front that can be specifically spot treated. Photo attached. I added the sweetheart neckline and there are some pads in the cups that can be removed. This dress came with a bolero jacket, but I did not wear it.
