No permanent adjustments have been been, the straps have been shortened for me 165 with out heels, this can be unstitched for anyone taller ontop of the shoulder.
There are two folds stitched into the back to have the dress sit right for my boobs 10C, these pins can also be unstitched.
Dry cleaned, in new condition ready to wear.
