I am 5 ft 6 and I wore Rachel Simpson shoes which had a heel height of 80mm. The dress is a size 20, but I am typically a size 16/18. The dress was taken in a little around the top/boobs.

I wore a Soft English Tulle 'Dove' draped bridal cape made from Blossom and Bluebird, which was fitted onto the dress by 2 clear poppers (which are very subtle and difficult to see unless looking for them). The details if you want me to include this with the dress:
