The dress is not altered at all - it is very elegant and form-fitting but has liner layers that allow for a smooth look. No cups (wore a backless strapless bra for shape) but can be added by a seamstress.

Worn once, professionally cleaned, and looks brand new.

Added BHLDN pearl ribbon belt (included in sale price as well) to create a waistline. Easy tie on, not sewn onto or attached onto dress.
