Beautiful, COMFORTABLE, and lightweight gown. I especially loved that the delicate-looking straps fit so comfortably on my back. The key word here is "delicate-looking." They are STURDY. They are made in a way that you can adjust the length of them if your shoulders are smaller or larger than mine.

I purchased this gown from a local "used" wedding gown store, but the dress was a sample one that had only ever been worn by a model. I wore it on my wedding night which only included a ceremony, no true reception, as we got married in the mountains. I wore it one other time to a party/reception which included dancing, shenanigans of climbing on top of furniture, and running around, and the straps stayed solid as a rock. The inside of the bodice is lined so it's really soft and comfortable against the skin. Plus the part that holds the breasts in place is stiff enough that there's no need for a bra! It's gorgeous, and holds good memeories for me,mbut I want it to go to a good home rahter than sitting in a closet forever!
