Sadly, a promise was made to make this dress exactly how I wanted, and the local boutique failed to live up to the promise. I showed her the exact dress I wanted, fabric and all, she said she could do it and didn't. 2 months before my wedding, nothing changed with the dress, not even adding the belts onto it how I wanted. She refused to give a refund/partial refund for the work she did not do. Therefore, I had to go to a different boutique and found the dress of my dreams (which this one should have been). It's a satin underlay with a layer of mesh on top that is sparkly. It is a form fitting dress, with a detachable long skirt. This dress has A LOT of potential to make it something you love for your very special day. The sizing is how I was measured, but it was still big on me, due to not fully being sized yet.
