I fell in love with the lace and intricate design of the dress. It screamed bride to me! There are larger lace appliques that are in a floral pattern throughout the dress and there is some sequence to give it some shine. It was the romantic and traditional feel that I was going for. Underneath the lace and details is a cream colored fabric. The back and the train were my favorite features. I loved the see though part of the back and then the buttons going most of the way down. It was really easy for others to button as there is a zipper that you can't really see that is used for the bottom half of the buttons. Throughout the ceremony and reception it was easy to walk in, dance, and sit at dinner. Definitely did the chair test before purchasing!

It is a wonderful dress and I hope it gets to live on in another happily ever after :)

Alterations

I did have the dress hemmed slightly
The seamstress needed to fix a little bit of the cup on one side as well as shortened the straps to ensure the dress laid correctly, given the lace
There were no major alterations to the size
I did have the bustle up in a combination of French and American designs but I believe one of the clasps needs to be fixed if you would also want that bustle type
I wore flats for the wedding and in the pictures posted
The dress has not been professionally cleaned
