The Dress

A bespoke design by Ian Stuart, (I have a beautiful signed sketch from him with the drawing of this dress) It is a twist on the Nova Scotia design.
It is a size 10-12 - I am a UK 12.
I am small chested, 36B/C and I was able to wear this dress without pads in the chest area.
The colour is stunning and most unusual, it is a very vintage grey/lilac with platinum lace. Don't be off put by the sound of the colour, it really is stunning!
It has been dry cleaned and there are a few tiny tears in the lace at the floor which is a very easy job for a seamstress to amend.
My height is 5ft 7inches and I had to wear medium high heels.
There is a lot of material with this dress but it is surprisingly light!
My wedding dress had SO many compliments, it's different and unusual from the average white wedding dress.
I am really happy if you would like to come and try it on.
I would love to see it go to a happy bride to be so it can be enjoyed all over again!

A few minor tears in the lace at the foot of the dress, otherwise the dress is perfect.
