I am five foot, four inches, one hundred twenty lbs and usually wear a small/extra small for fitted street clothes and am a 32D in bra sizes. I think this dress dependent on your waist/bust measurement, could fit a US size 2-6, but also could obviously be altered smaller in places as well.
