Prea James, Penelope Corset + Sadie Skirt

Selling the Sadie Skirt & Penelope Corset from Prea James (Australian designer). Please note that the coset is size AU 8 and skirt is size AU 10, both have not been altered at all and are seen on me, a typical UK 8. Please see my measurements for more details.

The items have been worn once and dry cleaned, with no signs of wear. I am also able to offer my veil and neck scarf, both from Eden B. Studio (UK designer); the Gigi Mantilla veil and the Stevie neck scarf, both in Pale Ivory, Chapel length. I also have me earrings, which are the A.B. Ellie (US designer) Drew Pearl Strands. The Penelope Corset brings a brand new style to the Prea James collection and is a modern take on the classic corset.

Penelope is a fully boned and elegantly structured corset style accented with a modern scoop neckline and feminine, contoured panelling. The hem sits slightly out from the body, and just a little above the hip, allowing brides to still be able to sit down comfortably and move around with ease throughout their day. Penelope creates a beautiful, feminine silhouette due to the firm-fitting bust and waist, and the figure is further accented by the subtly flared hem.

Penelope pairs like a dream with any of our skirts such as Sadie, and allows brides to create two looks in one when layering with the Lana Blouse for a modest ceremony style, and then removing the layer for the perfect elevated evening look.

Sadie Skirt is a full hemmed fit and flare style that hugs your curves in all the right places. Godets in the side seams and centre back create a beautiful skirt that pools dramatically on the ground when flared out, while the firm waistband sits just above the true waist to create an hourglass shape.
