This is an XXS “Connie” dress from Meshki. It is fully beaded with off the shoulder straps and is STUNNING. Perfect for a reception dress that will sparkle on the dance floor. The SIZE has not been altered, however the skirt was lined. It has never been worn and is in perfect condition. Original price is $395 plus $100 to line. Asking $350 but please send me an offer!
