The dress is gorgeous raw silk. Elegant. It was custom made in Italy. There is ruching of the bodice and a beautiful open V in the back that closes just above the waist. I think my favorite feature though was the off the shoulder bodice. Since I don't have much of a waist it created a slimming and defining look that gave me a waist. I loved my dress in every possible way. It was gorgeous, elegant, simple, romantic, and dignified with an understated richness that made me feel beautiful when I wore it. It was 100% comfortable and I moved in it freely. The veil is also available for sale - it was just right with the piping along the edges to give it definition but otherwise sheer and light weight. I love the way it created a frame about me. It would make me really happy to know that someone else experienced the joy of this dress. Honestly, if there were any possible occasion for me to wear it again, I wouldn't part with it. The dress was purchased at Kleinfeld's in NYC.
