Cymbeline, Custom Made

Size 8 fitted gown with handmade soft lace, a v-neckline, tiered skirt and train. The lace sits over two layers of tulle and a chiffon base. There is a small tear in the lace at the bottom of the skirt, though it’s barely noticeable.

Originally, the gown had ribbon ties behind the neck, but these were removed after one was damaged. The designer also created bespoke flowy sleeves, giving the dress a soft, romantic look.

The dress has been dry-cleaned, though there are some faint marks on the inner layers from touching the ground. These aren’t visible once the dress is on. It also comes with the underskirt/petticoat that was worn with it, which gives the skirt its beautiful shape.

The dress was bought in Paris, France, and will come with its dust bag. It has been stored carefully since the wedding.
It’s very comfortable to wear, and the train can be pinned up with a bow in the skirt for evening dancing. Overall, it’s in excellent condition apart from the small issues on the underskirts and the tiny tear in the lace, none of which are obvious when worn.

This is a beautiful designer gown with intricate handmade lace and lots of detail, an absolute bargain for someone looking for a stunning wedding dress. The dress is located in London until the 29th of September and then in Hove, where I'll be moving, and viewings or try-ons are welcome.
