Lovely whimsical dress! Comfortable stretch mesh material with lace detailing around the bust. Off the shoulder with 3/4 length sleeves. Full skirt, super flowy, and very flattering. It is by Wtoo by Watters (style is called Miles).
Purchased as a sample, but ended up finding another dress for my day! This dress is a size 10, which seems accurate to street size, as it is ~1-2 sizes too big for me (typically a size 6-8). Completely unaltered, measurements are from Wtoo website. Well inspected for condition prior to purchase and has been dry cleaned.
