Just picked up this dress from Kleinfeld in NYC a few months back but had a change of heart! I haven’t removed this dress from its bag or hanger at all and have been preserving it with a white sheet! The waist measurement was taken with a little room, and the hip measurement is low hip (widest part). Happy to answer any questions :)
