This gorgeous, ivory dress by Christos was hand-beaded by a Parisian seamstress after I purchased it. She tailored it to fit me exactly, but the skirt is very forgiving. At the time, I wore a size 4. I am 5'3" and had shorter, chunky heels on for comfort. The look was exquisite, very formal. The fabric (silk dupioni) is absolutely gorgeous in person. The pictures do not do it justice. Underneath the buttons in the back is an easy-to-slide-into zipper. The dress is fully lined, and surprisingly comfortable. The sleeves are a few inches above the elbow, so they are very flattering...not too short, not too long. This is an incredible, timeless gown. I hope someone else can enjoy their wedding day in it, celebrating all the goodness life has to offer! This exceptional dress was worn only once and immediately taken to the dry cleaners for cleaning and preservation, sealed into a blue Keepsake Pak box and just now opened for pictures and measurements.
