All measurements were taken of the dress while laid flat and not of myself as this is a vintage gown and my size has slightly altered since I had it made.

Waist from base of corset: 14inches
Length at front: 56 inches
Length at back: 69 inches

I was a small size 10 at the time of the fitting with a 34 B bust and about a 27 inch waist. The dress is in excellent condition as it was cleaned and stored away and only brought out to be aired. The only mark is on the hem at the back which is shown on the picture. I feel this could be removed if necessary although it cannot be seen when wearing as it trails the floor slightly at the back.
