I bought this dress at Bridal Reflections in NYC on 5th Ave for my rehearsal dinner but canceled my wedding. It is the perfect, feminine little dress! It has little flower appliqués all over it and cute bow sleeves that tie on the shoulders. It has a V shaped back also and built in cups so you don’t need a bra.
