The Dress
Classic, vintage-inspired modified A-line, V-neck front and deep V-neck back ivory French Alencon lace with ivory charmeuse underlay. My tailor took it from a label size 10 (wedding size 10, that is) down to my street size of 0 (for reference, I'm 34B, 110 lbs). There are push-up cups sewn in (which can be removed or swapped out), and I wore flats during the wedding (I'm 5'4"). The tailor also removed the underlay from beneath the train -- the train is now just lace, which made for a lovely bustle (hidden beneath some of the lace on the back of the dress), shown in the last photo.
I loved wearing this dress, and I received so many compliments. It was elegant, comfortable, and looked great in-person and in photos.
