The dress is made of a heavy satin-like fabric; it's not as light as what you would typically think of as satin, but is more similar to a brocade with the sheen of satin. Ordered custom from Veigo Atelier on Etsy and then tailored.

There are two pieces: the skirt, which I am wearing with heels in all these photos, and the dress inside. The poofy sleeves are surprisingly flexible and do not restrict your arm movement. There is some give left to be taken out on the waist for the skirt. I would say the dress is around a 34-36 in most standard sizing; it probably has a bit more in the waist as I am fairly straight-shaped.
