About the Dress

I absolutely fell in love with this stunning Reem Acra gown the moment I tried it on at a boutique in San Francisco. It’s called “Elegance of the Stars” (Style 6014) from the Celebration Collection, and it truly lives up to the name. I wore this dress for my wedding in July 2019 and felt completely magical in it.

This gown features a structured strapless bodice with delicate thin straps and a full, voluminous ballgown skirt made from rich ivory brocade mikado with an embossed floral pattern. The silhouette is timeless but modern, with a flattering sweetheart neckline, low back, and a dramatic chapel-length train. The fabric has just the right amount of structure and shine to feel luxurious in photos and in person. It was incredibly comfortable to wear (for a wedding dress!) and offered great support throughout the day.

I’m also happy to include my ivory veil (retail: $260) at no additional cost.

Condition
The dress has not yet been dry cleaned. The hem is noticeably dirty from walking outdoors, and there are a few light marks on the dress elsewhere that may or may not come out with professional cleaning. I'm happy to dry clean the gown before shipping, once we agree on a sale. If you'd prefer to handle cleaning yourself (e.g., with a trusted cleaner or for budgeting), I can also offer a discount to reflect that.

Alterations

I made only minimal alterations, just a slight adjustment at the bust, and added a removable white belt, which I’ll include for free.
