. I had custom waist cinching bands placed in the dress to keep the bust up. Makes it fit perfectly. Bustle is a straight line bustle in the over skirt. Replaced strap of over skirt for a hook and eye - renders a much better look and more secure hold for over skirt on fit and flare dress.
