About the Dress

This Lamium dress from Pronovias was my dream gown, it was the first I tried on. The moment I slipped it on, I knew it was meant to be and I felt so confident in it. The mermaid silhouette hugs the body in all the right places, accentuating curves while allowing for movement. There's some room over the tummy so it doesn't feel too clingy. The charmeuse fabric glimmers softly and has great movement to it. The halter neckline provides a touch of sophistication, complemented by the stunning open back detail that adds to its elegance.

I cherished every moment wearing this dress. Though it breaks my heart to part with it, I want this dress to bring joy to another bride. If you dream of a gown that blends classic beauty and elegance, this Lamium dress is waiting to create new memories.

The dress itself has been cleaned and is in very good condition. It rained on our wedding day, so there was some staining at the bottom that we have mostly managed to get out with cleaning. There is plenty of fabric so if you are more petite than me, you could definitely shorten it to remove the very slight discolouration at the bottom. I am happy to send more photos than those listed. Great option as a second look as well! Comfy to dance in as it has a bustle and a hoop for your wrist.

Alterations

The dress was altered down the side seams to fit around my hips and thighs and at the back over the bottom. It also had some adjustment to shorten the length. However, I am quite tall at 173cm.
